Clean Up Email Without Losing Anything, Really!
When an email is sent back and forth, each subsequent reply includes the previous email.
So how many copies of the first, second, third, etc. email, do you need?
Probably just one of each.
Through character by character
scanning, Outlook ‘s Clean Up removes all duplicate emails in a string, leaving you with the final email, which has the entire string.
And if Outlook finds something unique, like an attachment, in email number 3 it will keep that email and the final email.
With less emails to sift through:
1. you will access information faster, no longer repeatedly re-reading the same content.
2. your computer will be faster with freed up disc space.
3. your IT department will thank youfor taking a load off.
In Outlook put your cursor on the Inbox or Sent and press
Home or Folder > Clean Up
